How do I receive my purchase?
You will be notified that your dresses have arrived.
- 1. Items can be picked up in person at our floral division shop located at Centerpoint Mall
6464 Yonge Street, North York, M2M 3X4
- 2. Items can be shipped to you via Canada Post or Fed Ex at an additional cost.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. In addition, our vendors are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. Also, standardized dye lots cannot be guaranteed for orders with multiple gown styles.
For In-Stock Gowns we will check availability of your color and sizes before processing your payment. If we should find that any item or size is out of stock you will be notified immediately.
